SOMA
means ‘body’ in Greek
and multiple spiritual meanings in Sanskrit.
sOMa studio & its instructors are dedicated and passionate about creating friendships and community in a peaceful place for like-minded people to connect through inspired classes, designed to challenge, transform & empower. It is a space of healing the emotional and physical body & mind, through relaxation, movement & meditation. Our 2nd floor space feels light as it floats above Downtown Batavia and it's our hOMe where we gather, heal, and find a sense of belonging.
We offer weekly yoga classes, as well as a variety of monthly special events such as: sound healings [New Moon/Full moon on floor or in aerial hammock], and aerial yoga. Collaborations include: reiki, acupressure, acupuncture, breathing techniques, tarot readings, Akashic records, cacao ceremonies, women's circles, plant medicine, shamanic healings, and many various monthly offerings and events.
Studio Policies
~ Please arrive 5-10 minutes earlier to settle in and center before your practice
~ BYO mat. The studio provides premium Jade yoga mats, blocks and bolsters for client use.
~ All classes & events REQUIRE preregistration and payment in advance
~ Booking closes 1 hour prior to class start time
~ Class bookings can be cancelled 3 hours before class start time without a penalty
~ Download app: Fit by Wix
~ Our class passes NEVER EXPIRE (applicable to 4-pack, 20-pack, or 4-pack Aerial passes)
~ ALL SALES FINAL. NO refunds / exchanges
