This an intuitive group class that features personal modifications and emphasizes mind, body, spirit, and breath–all within a playful and safe environment, this is a good class for beginners before transitioning into other levels.
Yoga Trapeze Fundamentals
No experience necessary. Beginners always welcome with an open mind. This class will introduce the Yoga Trapeze from a fundamentals standpoint.
We will work up to inverting (going upside down) safely with the support of the hammock and handles as well as practicing more familiar yoga poses with use of the 'rig.' You will be surprised at how accessible the class is. It is skillfully taught for everyone and every body. Variations and modifications will be taught to make you feel comfortably safe and empowered.
Yoga & Meditation
Flow through an all levels physical yoga practice (asanas) ending with a 15 min meditation.
Restorative Yoga is a slow style of yoga that involves long passive holds in a series of supportive poses. Props are often used to enhance the practice and create a sense of relaxation and release. This class is open to all ability levels.
Please bring your own light weight blanket. Other props will be provided or you may bring your own.
Calling all MASKED yogis! In this class, masks are required by ALL participants AND the TEACHER from the moment you enter the studio, until you exit.
We want to offer a safe, healthy, and comfortable environment where everyone feels good about their yoga practice indoors.
Kids & Teens need yoga, too! This is a great opportunity to introduce body awareness, promote confidence, build strength (physically, emotionally, and mentally), and create a safe and fun space for kids of all ages. Cost: $10 per kid, parents can participate for free. 10 class pack $85.

4 session program
Our Curvy Yoga series is designed to promote a body positive experience for all students. In this 4-week series, the instructor will offer postures, breath work and meditation techniques that are ideal for the plus-size student. Whether this is your first yoga series, or you have an existing practice, you will find these classes approachable, challenging and targeted for bodies of all shapes and sizes. Modifications will be offered for each pose so that students may find greater support or move toward greater challenge as appropriate.
