Hammock is positioned 2ft approx. off the ground and participants hold restorative, passive postures with the support of the hammock. Expect to hold each passive relaxing pose for approximately 5 minutes to allow the body to relax into the stretch, release, and surrender to the feeling. Other props can be used as bolsters and blankets. The class incorporates REIKI & AROMATHERAPY and a long 10 minute savasana as participants lay in the hammock floating in space in a cocoon that hugs the body and gently activates acupressure points.
