Aerial Restorative Yoga (SOLD OUT)

Hammock is positioned 2ft approx. off the ground and participants hold restorative, passive postures with the support of the hammock. Expect to hold each passive relaxing pose for approximately 5 minutes to allow the body to relax into the stretch, release, and surrender to the feeling. Other props can be used as bolsters and blankets. The class incorporates aromatherapy and a long 10 minute savasana as participants lay in the hammock floating in space in a cocoon that hugs the body and gently activates acupressure points. 

No experience necessary.
