 Release & Restore (R&R) is a unique self-care event combining restorative hammock yoga, reiki energy healing, clairvoyant meditation and sound healing.

Restorative hammock yoga allows for increased mobility, decompression of the spine, alleviates tension while stretching the muscles and ignites the mind-body connection in preparation to receiving the reiki energy healing. Reiki releases energetic/emotional blockages and promotes a sense of clarity and calm. We will bring this spiritual spa day to a close with a sound bath/vibrational chakra cleanse while floating in the hammock. You will move forward from this experience having learned two clairvoyant meditations that can be used to improve your daily life.

Wear comfortable, fitted clothing to make interacting with the fabric easiest. Please refrain from wearing jewelry, makeup and scented products that can stain and damage the fabrics.

Cheri Wilson bio:

Cheri’s aerial yoga journey has reignited her passion in seeing what her body is truly capable of. She first discovered this passion in her childhood as a dancer and gymnast where her body was consistently pushed to its potential. Her favorite benefit of aerial yoga is the confidence it’s builds around her capabilities that she carries into her daily life. Cheri facilitates aerial yoga classes to help others surpass their limiting beliefs and walk away feeling confident and ready to take on life! Cheri believes aerial yoga is beneficial to physical, psychological and physiological health and well-being.
