Sarah Jo is a Celtic Shaman who helps bring forth healing to the soul by bridging the spirit world with our modern world. As a 7th generation farmer, educationally trained herbalist and a devoted scholarly Mystic, I have created this workshop as an introduction to self healing through shamanism to help give peace and perspective to each individual soul.
What to expect: guided meditation & breathwork, smoke cleanse, drum journeying, energy exchange, supportive group conversation.
